By placing an order through the Service, You warrant that You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including but not limited to product availability, errors in the description or price, or error in Your order. We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and GCash. For GCash payments, you are required to upload a valid proof of payment (receipt). Order cancellations are only possible if the order status is 'Pending' or 'Preparing'.
Catering requests submitted through our website are subject to review and confirmation by our team. A submission of a request does not guarantee service. We will contact you to finalize details and confirm your booking.
The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of CGS Restaurant and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall CGS Restaurant or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the Service.
We may terminate or suspend Your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if You breach these Terms and Conditions.
The laws of the Philippines, excluding its conflicts of law rules, shall govern this Terms and Your use of the Service.
